RGA - Return Goods Authorization Form

Please be advised that this form does not constitute a credit. A final credit will be issued upon approval of the terms below:

RGA Terms:
  • We have a 30 day return policy on products EXCEPT for Transformers, Wires, Amplifiers, Batteries, Cables, Tools, Access Control Media / Cards, and Software. These items are non-returnable items.
  • The product must be returned complete with all original items, manuals, packing materials, and cartons, and in its original new condition.
  • A restocking fee might apply, depending on the reason of the return.
  • We have a "No Lemon" policy. If a product requires more than 3 repairs by our technicians, we will provide a free replacement.
  • You must notify us about shipping defects within 1 business day after receiving the product.
  • Fill out the form below before returning your product to receive your RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.
  • Once you have received your RGA number via e-mail, please write the RGA number on the packaging box. Please do not write anything on the original packaging.
  • Please note we do not pay for shipping a return to our warehouse, nor reimburse for shipping costs; however, if the product is sent back for repair or replacement, we will cover the shipping cost when we send it back to you.
  • Items returned to us without an RGA# will not be accepted.

Please note that all items returned for either store credit or refund will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee of the unit price.

For the Mobicam 70001 and Nutone Wireless IMA-110WH-2: If you return these items within 7 days after receipt of purchase, we will waive the restocking fee.

We do not refund shipping costs.

Needs Repair - Choose this option if you are returning an item for Repair. If the purchased item is under warranty by the time of its arrival at our office, there will be no charge for the repair. However, if the purchased item is out of warranty, you will be contacted to approve all the repair charges. We will cover all shipping expenses during the repair process, except for the shipping cost of the initial return to our store.
