Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form
Please be advised that this form does not constitute a credit. A final credit will be issued upon approval of the terms below:
- We have a 30 day return policy on products EXCEPT for Transformers, Wires, Amplifiers, Batteries, Cables, Tools, Access Control Media / Cards, and Software. These items are non-returnable items.
- The product must be returned complete with all original items, manuals, packing materials, and cartons, and in its original new condition.
- A restocking fee might apply, depending on the reason of the return.
- We have a "No Lemon" policy. If a product requires more than 1 repair by our technicians, we will provide a free replacement.
- You must notify us about shipping defects within 1 business day after receiving the product.
- Fill out the form below before returning your product to receive your RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.
- Once you have received your RGA number via e-mail, please write the RGA number on the packaging box. Please do not write anything on the original packaging.
- Please note we do not pay for shipping a return to our warehouse, nor reimburse for shipping costs; however, if the product is sent back for repair or replacement, we will cover the shipping cost when we send it back to you.
- Items returned to us without an RGA# will not be accepted.
